Response times

We reply to email within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, Colombo time (UTC+5:30). Urgent project issues for active clients are handled first. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

What we can help with

• Project questions, scope changes and timelines for work already agreed.
• Invoices, payment links, receipts and payment problems.
• Refund and cancellation requests, handled under our Terms of Use.
• Bug reports and support for work we delivered, within the warranty period in your Project Agreement.
• Privacy requests, such as access to or deletion of your personal information.
• Security issues you have found in this website.

How to get the fastest answer

When you contact us, include your name, the email address used on the project, the project or invoice number if you have one, and a clear description of the issue. For bugs, add the steps to reproduce it, the device or browser, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible.

Billing and refunds

Send billing and refund questions to the support email with your invoice number. Refunds are reviewed against the cancellation and refund terms in section 5 of our Terms of Use and the Project Agreement. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Card disputes or chargebacks should be raised with us first, so we can resolve the issue directly.

Security and privacy

To report a security vulnerability, email us with the subject line "Security" and describe the issue. Please do not access other people's data or disrupt the site while testing. We will not take legal action against good-faith reports made in line with this policy.
