Typically yes mutual or one-way NDAs depending on readiness to proceed—share template preferences early.
How fixed are timelines?
Dates become commitments once scope, dependencies, approvals, third-party timelines, are captured in writing. Anything outside SOW triggers a change notice.
Who maintains after launch?
Launch includes handover artefacts. Monthly retainers are optional—you can operate entirely in-house afterward if capacity exists.
Timezone & communication default?
Async Slack/email + structured weekly checkpoints unless another cadence suits your procurement team.
